Happy Coursework..With Mental Health..😁

Hi peep’s..β™₯️

I’ve decided to do this as a fun post…in isolation with so much coursework to complete..🀯🀣

As working in the mental health profession..and refresher training is constantly the same every year…πŸ€ͺ πŸ˜† it’s driving me crazy 😜..but in another way, I shouldn’t complain huh…

A list of courses I’ve needed to complete….

Dementia awareness….

Mental health awareness…

Food hygiene….

Epilepsy awareness…

Medication training…

Legionnaires disease….

Learning disabilities…

Communication…

First aid..

Safeguarding and adult awareness…

Health and safety…

Fire safety…

Mental capacity act..

Complaints…

And the list goes on and on..πŸ₯΄.

Well I hope you are all staying safe and well…

Well I suppose this is my goal to succeed…right!!!

So enough of my coursework..πŸ₯±..

This is for you guys..β™₯️β™₯️

Stay safe and stay well..

I know at the moment our world.. is going through hell

I know it makes us feel like we are at the end of our tether…

But we are strong.. enough to fight this battle together…

Stay at home

And try to hold on…

Because this will soon be over..and justice will be done…

With being on lockdown..away from family and friends

Is a very upsetting moment for us all….

But we will rejoice real soon

Being happy..and celebrating as coronavirus will be slowly disintegrating …😘😘..

Take care my lovelies…πŸ’–

Cheerio πŸ‘‹..xx

  1. Great post Kim and I’m delighted to hear that you’re keeping up to date with your courses. That was always a bugbear with me as a ward Manager, staff moaning and whinging about FREE training from our amazing NHS. Why not see this as a gift, something you’ll use all your working life. They had to attend tho’, particularly the statutory and mandatory stuff. Acquiring up-to-date knowledge and skills underpins what we actually do as nurses.

I think that’s why we have so many washed out mental health staff (Just my thoughts) – they just can’t be bothered continuing their professional development (CPD). It’s not fair on our patients – they deserve more.

  2. Of course I agree, πŸ‘πŸ» I don’t moan!!! I’m so grateful for my qualifications…I wouldn’t be where I’am, today…without them and my manager giving me so much support needed..it’s just when I get to the assessment part..my mind goes frazzled..but I ask for help when I need it..I know what you mean, when I was a senior staff.. we had staff complaining about courses..when it helps with further skills in the future…my manager had a nightmare with them seriously!!! I think you nurses do an amazing job…and if it was me I’d be so grateful for the opportunity..indeed, take care..and stay safe and well..😊
