As we are all in lockdown, I want to take this opportunity to put together a post that is important for our mental health….😒…

Activities are extremely important..for our anxiety.. and other mental illnesses.. stay strong…😘

Creativity is what helped me achieve my happiness, goals, and dreams….and as I have had a very hard time recently.. this as helped me open a new door to my life…writing poetry, drawings, getting a new job as I have needed to concentrate on that first, doing samaritans, painting, and just trying to enjoy my life…β™₯️

As we are facing difficult times with coronavirus…we can beat this together and kick it in the butt..πŸ˜πŸ‘ŠπŸ» we are fighters..and nothing is going to stop us!!!!
