Anxiety………

Everyone is staring..

Your trying so hard…to stay standing,

But your heart could be racing and racing,

Instead of walking straight,

You start wobbling,

Your eyes begin to strain…

You start crying in pain,

You start feeling as if you have gained a lot of weight,

You feel as though your heart is sinking,

As if you need to run and hide,

You must not let them see
The you that is scared to be seen
You feel like you can’t even breathe
Your lungs are tightening
As you sink down against a wall
and take into the fetal position,

The word love to me is true and its about someone who loves you for who you are…and sharing your experiences…in the dark and light places…and feel truly loved..

No….I’ve come a long way now…so I would definitely….say yes probably in 10yrs time….

3,Where’s the place…or places…you feel most at peace…at one with existence?

I’d love to go somewhere to a quiet log cabin with beautiful mountain streams…with rainbows 🌈 and amazing fresh air….and to enjoy the inspiring nature….

Never be afraid to love, I would use that as my personal life lesson…and turn it into a quote to help others….and say it’s never to late…because I wish that I gave someone a chance, as I can sometimes find It hard to trust many people…I was always afraid of getting hurt…

My perfume it goes everywhere with me… I have a load of favourites….😃

The Tears Of Loneliness Associated With Mental Health……😞

Alone And Dark….

Hello My Pals!!! Hope you are all okay…..🥰

First off…. I want to say a big thank you, for taking your time to read my posts…..and becoming my followers, because without you guys I wouldn’t be doing this!!!! and we are all in this together..I’m with you every step of the way 100%…..😊😊

Loneliness can be feelings of being personal, so everyone’s loneliness will be different. One thing I had learned is the difference between feeling alone and feeling lonely and how we feel lonely in a crowd full of people, but quite peaceful and content when alone….

You may have lots of social contact, or be in a relationship or part of a family, and still feel lonely especially if you don’t feel understood or cared for by the people around you….


My anxiety and depression isolated me from people, and stopped me from being able to do the things I’d like to do so socially I avoided it anyway I could…and now I’ve turned a different corner….

What causes loneliness?

Loneliness has many different causes, which vary from person to person. We don’t always understand what it is about an experience that makes us feel lonely.

For some people, certain life events may mean they feel lonely, such as:

  • experiencing a bereavement
  • going through a relationship break-up
  • retiring and losing the social contact you had at work
  • changing jobs and feeling isolated from your co-workers
  • starting at university
  • moving to a new area or country without family, friends or community networks.

Other people find they feel lonely at certain times of the year, such as around Christmas.

Some research suggests that people who live in certain circumstances, or belong to particular groups, are more vulnerable to loneliness. For example, if you:

  • have no friends or family
  • are estranged from your family
  • are a single parent or care for someone else – you may find it hard to maintain a social life
  • belong to minority groups and live in an area without others from a similar background
  • are excluded from social activities due to mobility problems or a shortage of money
  • experience discrimination and stigma because of a disability or long-term health problem, including mental health problems
  • experience discrimination and stigma because of your gender, race or sexual orientation.

When I suffered from anorexia it fed into so many areas of life. It was all consuming. One of those areas was loneliness. It was something that I felt for such a long time…..

This can be an ongoing cycle of feelings associated with loneliness that is based around our mental health…for me it was a time to change it….and push myself to the extreme of feeling comfortable around others…I used to cry most of the time, saying in my head…lord what if I’m like this forever, what if I can’t find someone who loves me for who I’am…what if I can’t achieve want I want to do..in which is travelling…as I have an interest in travelling and tourism!!! but I started to look at things differently, like “you can do this” kim…👍🏻 with what I achieved in my life… of looking after others and achieving my training goals as I do hold 3 A levels in NVQs of mental health care… and my mandatory training’s I should be proud right?…then I can do this!!!! I’m willingly a strong person that won’t give up a fight….👊🏻

We Can Be Loved!!!

Anybody who feels a sense of loneliness or isolation….can focus on yourself and it will all come together I have every faith in people who try there very best to overcome certain issue’s associated with mental health…but please don’t give up fighting…keep living!!!!✌🏼♥️

These are tips to manage loneliness……..

I never felt lonely when I was in nature. I felt more connected than ever when I was walking alone through a wood or by a river……or sight seeing…..

I sometimes felt lonely when I was overwhelmed by human information – the news, social media, TV, negative gossip etc. – I felt so separated and different to most people with my low self esteem…but all that changed in believing in positive sites and having true faith in others….. and above all myself….

And you can try too I really believe that guys I really do!!!

We may never forget our sadness…as we have suffered from others who have hurt us…😔 but to go forward, we need to do this to mend our broken pieces…💔

In a way of healing and moving forward, try and stay focused and steer clear away from negative thoughts and negative comments..

And most of all say goodbye to social media, facebook, instagram, twitter, even though I’m not on them, it can be destroying…for mental health especially….that’s my opinion…😔

Don’t Let It Destroy Mental Health!!!

In my opinion “yes” It can destroy a person’s well-being..and their state of mind… twitter, instagram, facebook, pinterest, etc…can be the actual key.. using social media obsessively causes more than just anxiety . In fact, it has been found that using too much internet can cause depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHA….impulsive disorder, problems with mental functioning, paranoia, and loneliness..

How Social Media Is Bad For You….

1, Depression and anxiety….

Do you spend more than two hours per day on social media? Spending too long on social networking sites could be adversely affecting your mood. In fact, you’re more likely to report mental health, including symptoms of anxiety and depression..

2, Cyberbullying….

Before social media, bullying was done face-to-face. However, now, someone can be bullied online anonymously, Today everyone knows what cyberbulling is, and most of us have seen what it can do to a person. And since screens hide our faces, you can end up being a jerk on social media and other websites without realising it.

While social media made making friends easier, it also made it easier for predators to find victims. The anonymity that social networks provide can be used by the perpetrators to gain people’s trust and terrorize them in front of their peer’s…

3, Fear of missing out.

This fear is constantly fueled by your social media engagement. The more you use social networks, the more likely you are to see someone is having more fun than you are right now. And that’s exactly what causes fear of missing out….

4, Unrealistic Expectations.

This one probably comes as no surprise, but social media helps you to form unrealistic expectations of life and friendships. The networks that do it most are Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. Those are the social media platforms that severely lack online authenticity.

One simple way out of this is for everyone to quit lying on social media. But in the era of Instagram celebrities and YouTubers who earn millions, that isn’t going to happen anytime soon.

5. Negative Body Image

Speaking of Instagram celebrities, if you look at popular Instagram accounts, you’ll find beautiful people wearing expensive clothes on their perfect bodies.

Today, body image is an issue for many people of both sexes. Of course, seeing those perfect in accordance with the society standards people on a daily basis makes you conscious about how different you look from those pictures. And not everyone comes to the right conclusions in this situation.

6. Unhealthy Sleep Patterns

On top of increased rates of anxiety and depression, spending too much time on social media can lead to poor sleep. Numerous studies have shown that increased use of social media has a negative effect on your sleep quality.

If you feel like your sleep patterns have become irregular and that this is affecting your productivity, try and avoid spending a significant amount of time on social media.

7. General Addiction

Social media is often described as being more addictive than cigarettes and alcohol, with the worst social media apps being Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok when it comes to addiction.

Don’t know if you’re addicted to your social networks? Think when was the last time you went a full day without checking your social media accounts? Do you feel rejected if someone unfollows you? What if your favourite social networks completely disappeared tomorrow; would it make you feel empty and depressed?Unfriended or Unfollowed? I believe that we can look at social media differently…. we can look at reality, our life live it to the fullest of expectations, and not others expectations.. of how they look or how they dress…such as the celebrity world…and others who have the happiest lives they are living because we can do exactly the same…take a look a real life, the positive’s and meaningful words of happiness, outings, travelling, fun with friends, working to pursue a career….you want…and ingnore negativity!!!!
